It’s about a young couple who live in Brooklyn and whose relationship has started to come apart, precipitated by girlfriend Izzy Broadwaigh crystallizing like petrified wood. Boyfriend Steve Ayrton has just been lost in a sour memory of their earlier times together, and almost missed his stop. Petrified Girlfriend is currently serialized in Oak & Linden comics.
