The Graduation Reception

Pat Barrett shows off his freshly awarded diploma drawn by the amazing Aaron Renier. Each year the artist of the diploma is the most closely guarded secret surrounding graduation, and few people know until James Sturm (Director of CCS) presents it onstage. Aaron Renier is a special choice for the Class of 2011 because he was a visiting artist recently and stayed for one wonderful week. He’s also close friends with faculty member Alec Longstreth, his colorist on The Unsinkable Walker Bean.
